Dave offers strong expertise in governance, financial oversight, risk management, and performance improvement, and is committed to using his skills to support the long-term sustainability and effective running of community-based services.


Wendy brings over 40 years of experience as a social worker, with a strong background in adult safeguarding, leadership, and digital transformation within local government. Currently working as a Digital Project Manager for Richmond upon Thames, Wendy is passionate about supporting people to remain independent, connected, and well within their communities. Her professional expertise, combined with extensive voluntary sector leadership experience, makes her a valued Trustee who shares our commitment to being a good neighbour and supporting local people to thrive.

Sato brings over 40 years’ experience working in the charity and not-for-profit sector, with a strong focus on patient representation, governance, and community advocacy. She has held senior leadership and trustee roles in national and European organisations and is currently a Trustee of the Friends of the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience of caring for a partner with long-term health needs, Sato is deeply committed to tackling isolation, supporting independence, and strengthening community-based support.

David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property and asset management. Living locally for nearly two decades, he brings strong financial, strategic, and property expertise, alongside a deep appreciation of Greenwood Community Centre’s role as a community hub. David is particularly committed to ensuring the Centre remains secure, sustainable, and responsive to local needs, drawing on both his professional background and personal experience of supporting older relatives.

Victoria is a sustainability and social impact specialist with over 20 years’ experience working across charities, foundations, and the private sector. A local resident, she brings strong expertise in strategy, fundraising, impact measurement, and partnership development, and has held senior leadership and trustee roles within well-known charitable organisations. Victoria is passionate about tackling loneliness and social isolation and is committed to strengthening intergenerational connections and community-led change.
